PLS 30
This product is designed, mainly for indoor and outdoor installations, at commercial and residential sites. It scans the area ahead of the sensor by a rotating mirror which can be inclined 45-52 degrees from vertical (factory preset). When the PLS is installed in the typical position, i.e. with the mirror rotating axis parallel with the vertical and the mirror inclined at 45 degrees, the beam will scan a plan parallel to the ground. The pictures bellow illustrates typical installations:

 

PLS 60 / 100
The detection surface is scanned by rotating mirror which can be inclined 45-52 degrees from vertical (factory preset). When the PLS is installed with the mirror rotating axis parallel with the vertical, for 45 degrees the beam will scan a plan parallel to the ground and by inclining the mirror, the beam will scan a conical surface. By tilting the PLS 60, the beam will scan a inclined plane. Please see the following numerical example:
