Dr. Frucht Systems Ltd. has in-house Training and Teaching Facilities.
The company CEO, Dr. Yaacov Frucht, worked for 25 years in RAFAEL. Dr. Frucht began as a R&D Engineer in the Aeromechanics Division. He held additional senior positions such as Head of the Aeroballistics Section, Project System Engineer, Project and Program Manager, and after attaining his Ph.D. he was appointed as Directorate Manager, in charge of several projects
After retiring from RAFAEL Dr. Yaacov Frucht, founded Laserguard Ltd. in November 1996, and within this company developed the Laser Radar for security applications. Today Dr. Frucht Systems Ltd. holds the rights for manufacturing and marketing Laserguard Ltd. products, as well as the rights to develop new products based on technologies developed by Laserguard Ltd.
